P CAPITAL ANNOUNCES NAV OF P CAPITAL PARTNERS IV B

Since P Capital Partners IV B decreased its contributed capital by EUR 30 million through a repayment to debenture holders and owners, the Net Asset Value of the P Capital Partners IV B participation loan has been calculated. The Net Asset Value is to be calculated at the close of each quarter and in conjunction with a capital increase or decrease.

The repayment amounted to EUR 3.00 per Series A participation loan debenture, EUR 30.00 per Series B participation loan debenture and EUR 0.11 million to the owners.

At the close of business on 15 November 2022, the Net Asset Value of the P Capital Partners IV B Series A participation loan debentures amounted to EUR 99.71 each, and the Net Asset Value of the Series B participation loan debentures amounted to EUR 997.89 each. The calculated Net Asset Value takes the above-mentioned repayment and an updated valuation of the portfolio into account.
