P CAPITAL PARTNERS IV B ISSUES NEW DEBENTURES

P Capital Partners IV B AB (publ) today announces that on 13 October 2021, the company will increase its contributed capital by EUR 61.7 million through the issuance of 270,500 series A1 and 25,000 series A2 participation loan debentures at a price of EUR 100 each and 31,875 series B participation loan debentures at a price of EUR 1,000 each and by an equity contribution of EUR 0.23 million.

The new debentures will be eligible for coupon payments from the fourth quarter 2021.

Including the newly issued debentures, P Capital Partners IV B’s funding amounts to EUR 641.2 million comprised of series A1 participation loan debentures of EUR 281.3 million, series A2 participation loan debentures of EUR 26 million, series B participation loan debentures of EUR 331.5 million and EUR 2.4 million in equity. 

P Capital is an active credit investor and loan provider to Northern and Western European companies in need of capital for expansion, acquisition financing, restructurings and refinancing. P Capital also conducts investments in publicly traded corporate credits. The funds of P Capital have combined assets of EUR 2.5 billion and are managed by P Capital Partners AB, which is owned by management. The P Capital Partners IV series A1 participation loan debentures and series B participation loan debentures are issued by P Capital Partners IV B AB (publ) and are listed on the Miscellaneous Nordic AIF Sweden-segment under Main Regulated at NGM in Stockholm. The number of debenture holders amounts to approximately 20.
