P CAPITAL PARTNERS IV B ISSUES NEW DEBENTURES

Stockholm, 4 November 2021

P Capital Partners IV B AB (publ) today announces that on 18 November 2021, the company will increase its contributed capital by EUR 49.3 million through the issuance of 216,400 series A1 and 20,000 series A2 participation loan debentures at a price of EUR 100 each and 25,500 series B participation loan debentures at a price of EUR 1,000 each and by an equity contribution of EUR 0.18 million.

The new debentures will be eligible for coupon payments from the first quarter 2022.

Including the newly issued debentures, P Capital Partners IV B’s funding amounts to EUR 690.5 million comprised of series A1 participation loan debentures of EUR 302.9 million, series A2 participation loan debentures of EUR 28 million, series B participation loan debentures of EUR 357 million and EUR 2.6 million in equity. 

P Capital is an active credit investor and loan provider to Northern and Western European companies in need of capital for expansion, acquisition financing, restructurings and refinancing. P Capital also conducts investments in publicly traded corporate credits. The funds of P Capital have combined assets of EUR 2.5 billion and are managed by P Capital Partners AB, which is owned by management. The P Capital Partners IV series A1 participation loan debentures and series B participation loan debentures are issued by P Capital Partners IV B AB (publ) and are listed on the Miscellaneous Nordic AIF Sweden-segment under Main Regulated at NGM in Stockholm. The number of debenture holders amounts to approximately 20.
