P CAPITAL PARTNERS IV B ISSUES NEW DEBENTURES

The price per Serie A1 and Serie A2 debentures was incorrectly stated to be EUR 100 but the correct price is EUR 96, respective the price per Serie B debentures was incorrectly stated to be EUR 1000 but the correct price is EUR 960.

P Capital Partners IV B AB (publ) today announces that on 22 March 2022, the company will increase its contributed capital by EUR 22.6 million through the issuance of 103,872 series A1 and 9,600 series A2 participation loan debentures at a price of EUR 96 each and 12,240 series B participation loan debentures at a price of EUR 960 each and by an equity contribution of EUR 0.085 million.

The new debentures will be eligible for coupon payments from the second quarter 2022.

Including the newly issued debentures, P Capital Partners IV B’s funding amounts to EUR 738 million comprised of series A1 participation loan debentures of EUR 381.5 million, series A2 participation loan debentures of EUR 29.9 million, series B participation loan debentures of EUR 323.8 million and EUR 2.8 million in equity.
