P CAPITAL PARTNERS IV B ISSUES NEW DEBENTURES

P Capital Partners IV B AB (publ) today announces that on 18 May 2022, the company will increase its contributed capital by EUR 86.2 million through the issuance of 393,848 series A1 and 36,400 series A2 participation loan debentures at a price of EUR 96 each and 46,410 series B participation loan debentures at a price of EUR 960 each and by an equity contribution of EUR 0.321 million.

The new debentures will be eligible for coupon payments from the third quarter 2022.

Including the newly issued debentures, P Capital Partners IV B’s funding amounts to EUR 871.4 million comprised of series A1 participation loan debentures of EUR 382.3 million, series A2 participation loan debentures of EUR 35.3 million, series B participation loan debentures of EUR 450.5 million and EUR 3.3 million in equity.

P Capital is an active credit investor and loan provider to Northern and Western European companies in need of capital for expansion, acquisition financing, restructurings and refinancing. P Capital also conducts investments in publicly traded corporate credits. The P Capital Partners IV series A1 participation loan debentures and series B participation loan debentures are issued by P Capital Partners IV B AB (publ) and are listed on the Miscellaneous Nordic AIF Sweden-segment under Main Regulated at NGM in Stockholm. The number of debenture holders amounts to approximately 20.
