P CAPITAL PARTNERS IV B ISSUES NEW DEBENTURES

P Capital Partners IV B AB (publ) today announces that on 9 August 2022, the company will increase its contributed capital by EUR 36.9 million through the issuance of 168,792 series A1 and 15,600 series A2 participation loan debentures at a price of EUR 96 each and 19,890 series B participation loan debentures at a price of EUR 960 each and by an equity contribution of EUR 0.14 million.

The new debentures will be eligible for coupon payments from the fourth quarter 2022.

The newly issued debentures in P Capital Partners IV B amounts to EUR 36.9 million comprising of series A1 participation loan debentures of EUR 16.2 million, series A2 participation loan debentures of EUR 1.5 million, series B participation loan debentures of EUR 19.1 million and EUR 0.14 million in equity.

P Capital is an active credit investor and loan provider to Northern and Western European companies in need of capital for expansion, acquisition financing, restructurings and refinancing. P Capital also conducts investments in publicly traded corporate credits. The P Capital Partners IV series A1 participation loan debentures and series B participation loan debentures are issued by P Capital Partners IV B AB (publ) and are listed on the Miscellaneous Nordic AIF Sweden-segment under Main Regulated at NGM in Stockholm. The number of debenture holders amounts to approximately 20.
