P CAPITAL PARTNERS IV B ISSUES NEW DEBENTURES

P Capital Partners IV B AB (publ) today announces that on 13 September 2022, the company will increase its contributed capital by EUR 43.1 million through the issuance of 196,924 series A1 and 18,200 series A2 participation loan debentures at a price of EUR 96 each and 23,205 series B participation loan debentures at a price of EUR 960 each and by an equity contribution of EUR 0.16 million.

The new debentures will be eligible for coupon payments from the third quarter 2022.

Including the newly issued debentures, P Capital Partners IV B’s funding amounts to EUR 959.8 million comprised of series A1 participation loan debentures of EUR 496.2 million, series A2 participation loan debentures of EUR 38.9 million, series B participation loan debentures of EUR 421.1 million and EUR 3.6 million in equity.

P Capital is an active credit investor and loan provider to Northern and Western European companies in need of capital for expansion, acquisition financing, restructurings and refinancing. P Capital also conducts investments in publicly traded corporate credits. The P Capital Partners IV series A1 participation loan debentures and series B participation loan debentures are issued by P Capital Partners IV B AB (publ) and are listed on the Miscellaneous Nordic AIF Sweden-segment under Main Regulated at NGM in Stockholm. The number of debenture holders amounts to approximately 20.
