P CAPITAL PARTNERS IV B ISSUES NEW DEBENTURES

P Capital Partners IV B AB (publ) today announces that on 24 March 2023, the company will increase its contributed capital by EUR 24.3 million through the issuance of 114,692 series A1 and 10,600 series A2 participation loan debentures at a price of EUR 93 each and 13,515 series B participation loan debentures at a price of EUR 930 each and by an equity contribution of EUR 0.09 million.

The new debentures will be eligible for coupon payments from the second quarter 2023.

Including the newly issued debentures, P Capital Partners IV B’s funding amounts to EUR 985.1 million comprised of series A1 participation loan debentures of EUR 432.1 million, series A2 participation loan debentures of EUR 39.9 million, series B participation loan debentures of EUR 509.2 million and EUR 3.9 million in equity.

P Capital is an active credit investor and loan provider to Northern and Western European companies in need of capital for expansion, acquisition financing, restructurings and refinancing. P Capital also conducts investments in publicly traded corporate credits. The P Capital Partners IV series A1 participation loan debentures and series B participation loan debentures are issued by P Capital Partners IV B AB (publ) and are listed on the Miscellaneous Nordic AIF Sweden-segment under Main Regulated at NGM in Stockholm. The number of debenture holders amounts to approximately 20.
