P Capital Partners IV B AB (publ) today announces that on 21 December 2023, the company will increase its contributed capital by EUR 30.8 million through the issuance of 166,628 series A1 and 15,400 series A2 participation loan debentures at a price of EUR 81 each and 19,635 series B participation loan debentures at a price of EUR 810 each and by an equity contribution of EUR 0.11 million.

The new debentures will be eligible for coupon payments from the first quarter 2024.

Including the newly issued debentures, P Capital Partners IV B’s funding amounts to EUR 889.2 million comprised of series A1 participation loan debentures of EUR 389.8 million, series A2 participation loan debentures of EUR 36 million, series B participation loan debentures of EUR 459.4 million and EUR 4 million in equity.

P Capital is an active credit investor and loan provider to Northern and Western European companies in need of capital for expansion, acquisition financing, restructurings and refinancing. P Capital also conducts investments in publicly traded corporate credits. The P Capital Partners IV series A1 participation loan debentures and series B participation loan debentures are issued by P Capital Partners IV B AB (publ) and are listed on the Miscellaneous Nordic AIF Sweden-segment under Main Regulated at NGM in Stockholm. The number of debenture holders amounts to approximately 20.
