P CAPITAL PARTNERS IV B ISSUES NEW DEBENTURES

P Capital Partners IV B AB (publ) today announces that on 5 March 2024, the company will increase its contributed capital by EUR 43.1 million through the issuance of 233,712 series A1 and 21,600 series A2 participation loan debentures at a price of EUR 81 each and 27,540 series B participation loan debentures at a price of EUR 810 each and by an equity contribution of EUR 0.16 million.

The new debentures will be eligible for coupon payments from the second quarter 2024.

Including the newly issued debentures, P Capital Partners IV B’s funding amounts to EUR 932.4 million comprised of series A1 participation loan debentures of EUR 408.8 million, series A2 participation loan debentures of EUR 37.8 million, series B participation loan debentures of EUR 481.7 million and EUR 3.5 million in equity.

P Capital also conducts investments in publicly traded corporate credits. The P Capital Partners IV series A1 participation loan debentures and series B participation loan debentures are issued by P Capital Partners IV B AB (publ) and are listed on the Miscellaneous Nordic AIF Sweden-segment under Main Regulated at NGM in Stockholm. The number of debenture holders amounts to approximately 20.
