P CAPITAL ANNOUNCES NAV OF P CAPITAL PARTNERS IV

Since P Capital Partners IV AB decreased its contributed capital by EUR 6.7 million through a repayment to debenture holders and owners, the Net Asset Value of the P Capital Partners IV AB participation loan has been calculated. The Net Asset Value is to be calculated at the close of each quarter and in conjunction with a capital increase or decrease.

The repayment amounted to EUR 2.00 per Series A participation loan debenture and EUR 0.024 million to the owners.

At the close of business on 21 March 2024, the Net Asset Value of the P Capital Partners IV AB Series A participation loan debentures amounted to EUR 82.80 each. The calculated Net Asset Value takes the above-mentioned repayment and an updated valuation of the portfolio into account.

P Capital also conducts investments in publicly traded corporate credits. The P Capital Partners IV series A1 participation loan debentures are issued by P Capital Partners IV AB (publ) and listed on the Miscellaneous Nordic AIF Sweden-segment under Main Regulated at NGM in Stockholm. The number of debenture holders amounts to approximately 40.
