P CAPITAL PARTNERS IV ISSUES NEW DEBENTURES

Stockholm, 10 March 2023

P Capital Partners IV AB (publ) today announces that on 24 March 2023, the company will increase its contributed capital by EUR 17.5 million through the issuance of 181,232 series A1 participation loan debentures at a price of EUR 96 each and by EUR 0.06 million through an equity contribution.

The new debentures will be eligible for coupon payments from the second quarter 2023.

Including the newly issued debentures, P Capital Partners IV’s funding amounts to EUR 322.9 million comprised of series A1 participation loan debentures of EUR 321.7 million and EUR 1.2 million in equity. 

P Capital is an active credit investor and loan provider to Northern and Western European companies in need of capital for expansion, acquisition financing, restructurings and refinancing. P Capital also conducts investments in publicly traded corporate credits. The P Capital Partners IV series A1 participation loan debentures are issued by P Capital Partners IV AB (publ) and are listed on the Miscellaneous Nordic AIF Sweden-segment under Main Regulated at NGM in Stockholm. The number of debenture holders amounts to approximately 40.
