P CAPITAL PARTNERS IV ISSUES NEW DEBENTURES

Stockholm, 16 April 2024

P Capital Partners IV AB (publ) today announces that on 30 April 2024, the company will increase its contributed capital by EUR 15,2 million through the issuance of 192,800 series A1 participation loan debentures at a price of EUR 79 each and by EUR 0.06 million through an equity contribution.

The new debentures will be eligible for coupon payments from the third quarter 2024.

Including the newly issued debentures, P Capital Partners IV’s funding amounts to EUR 347,7 million comprised of series A1 participation loan debentures of EUR 346,5 million and EUR 1.2 million in equity. 

P Capital is an active credit investor and loan provider to Northern and Western European companies in need of capital for expansion, acquisition financing, restructurings and refinancing. P Capital also conducts investments in publicly traded corporate credits. The P Capital Partners IV series A1 participation loan debentures are issued by P Capital Partners IV AB (publ) and are listed on the Miscellaneous Nordic AIF Sweden-segment under Main Regulated at NGM in Stockholm. The number of debenture holders amounts to approximately 40.
