Change in number of shares and votes in PA Resources AB

As per February 28, 2013, the total number of shares amounts to 14,145,998,972. All shares are of the same class and have one vote each.

In accordance with previously disclosed information, PA Resources has completed a fully subscribed rights issue encompassing totally 7,052,751,048 shares divided into 3,824,865,912 A-shares and 3,227,885,136 B-shares. Due to final registration of the rights issue in the beginning of February 2013, the number of shares and votes in PA Resources has also changed in February and increased with totally 3,483,494,416 shares divided into 1,490,470,213 A-shares and 1,993,024,203 B-shares.

In the beginning of February all the 9,683,655,408 B-shares which were issued in connection with the new share issues were converted into A-shares. Consequently, the company has once again only one class of shares amounting to a total of 14,145,998,972 shares.
