Change in number of shares and votes in PA Resources AB

As previously announced and as a result of PA Resources’ recently completed reverse share split, combined with a minor directed share issue for administrative reasons, the number of shares and votes in the company has decreased with 14,117,706,974.

As per 31 May 2013, the total number of shares and votes in the company consequently amounts to 28,291,998. As per the same date, the company’s share capital amounts to SEK 1,414,599,900.
