Increase of number of shares in PA Resources in June 2010

In accordance with Chapter 4 § 9 in the Financial Instruments Trading Act (Lag om handel med finansiella instrument), PA Resources announces that the number of shares and votes in the company increased by 469,711,149 to 637,465,131 during June 2010. The share capital increased by SEK 234,855,574.50 to SEK 318,732,565.50 during the same period. For more information, see the company's press release announced on the 28 June 2010. No changes in shares or share capital have taken place during the month of July 2010.

As of 30 July 2010 the total number of shares and votes in PA Resources AB amounts to 637,465,131. The share capital amounts to SEK 318,732,565.50.
