PA Resources’ application for corporate reorganisation approved

The Stockholm District Court has today approved PA Resources AB (“PA Resources”, the “Company”) application for corporate reorganisation.

The District Court has appointed the lawyer Lars Söderqvist of the law firm Hökerberg & Söderqvist Advokatbyrå KB as administrator as proposed by the Company.

A creditors meeting will be held 15 April 2015 at 13:00 CET at the Stockholm District Court.
