PA Resources' President and Directors of the Board have bought shares and subscription rights in the company

The President and CEO Bo Askvik has bought 200,000 shares in the company.

The Chairman of the Board Sven Rasmusson has bought 100,000 shares in the company.

The Director of the Board Paul Waern has bought 50,000 shares and 500,000 subscription rights, with which he will subscribe for 100,000 new shares for SEK 3.75 each in the ongoing new share issue.

The Director of the Board Catharina Nystedt-Ringborg has bought 100,000 shares in the company.

The Director of the Board Hans Christian Rød has bought 100,000 shares in the company.

The Director of the Board Lars Olof Nilsson has bought 70,000 subscription rights, with which he will subscribe for 14,000 new shares for SEK 3.75 each in the ongoing new share issue.

 In addition, other insiders in the company have notified purchase of subscription rights and participation in the new share issue.

All transactions are notified to the Oslo Stock Exchange's Insider list as well as to the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority Finansinspektionen. These notifications can be viewed with some delay at the company's own website which is linked to the Insider register at Finansinspektionen.
