PA Resources postpones publishing Annual Report and AGM

PA Resources AB board of directors has resolved to postpone the publishing of its 2014 annual report (scheduled for 30 April) and its annual general meeting (scheduled for 29 May) until a later date pending the completion of a short-term financing agreement. New dates for the publishing of the annual report and the AGM will be announced in due course.
