Marianne K. Knudsen proposed as new Board member of Pagero

Pagero Group AB (publ) today announces that Summa Equity, one of the major shareholders, proposes the election of Marianne K. Knudsen as Board Member in Pagero Group AB during the Annual General Meeting taking place on 12 May.

Knudsen has over 20 years of experience delivering business critical and transformational projects in various roles and companies. She is a board member of Vilja Solutions, AquaGreen, and Alexandra Institut. Currently, Knudsen is Co-CEO of ChronosHub ApS, a Danish scale-up company transforming the research publishing process. Prior to joining ChronosHub, Marianne K. Knudsen served in several roles at Grundfos A/S, including CEO of a Grundfos Venture Business in Africa, Global Group Vice President of Global Market Segment Water Utility and Senior Director at Digital Commercial Offerings. She holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Business Administration and Computer Science from Copenhagen Business School.
