Having invested heavily in IT, their bespoke case management system works for both Laird and their clients. Administration time is reduced dramatically with instructions being available using the online API system. With three main departments - Automotive Experts, Interpretation Services & Photography Experts - all working to the same internal processes and systems, there is a synergy across the business and the same first class customer service for all clients – no matter what service they instruct on.
Laird are delighted to announce a partnership with local rehabilitation company Accident Rehab. The collaboration combines the highly efficient Expert Witness providers with the vast skills of one of the most innovative rehabilitation managers.
