Palette Launches Version 6.0 and Introduces Key Enhancements to PaletteArena Suite
Leading enterprise purchase-to-payment specialist extends new mobile working and email integration functions into Version 6 of its core solution
30 January 2012 – Palette, the leading enterprise purchase-to-payment specialist, has introduced a new version of its core solution suite, PaletteArena, which includes a number of key enhancements to its mobile working, email integration and reporting functions.
These give users even more flexible access to their invoice and accounts workflows, and simplified, easy-to-read dashboard overviews of key financial, partner and supplier information.
Key enhancements in PaletteArena Version 6 include the introduction of PaletteMobile and PaletteMail, and new functions for PaletteDashboard.
PaletteMobile allows users to access their invoice workflows on their smartphone, offering more flexibility over how and where they can process and manage invoices. The PaletteMobile client features an intuitive user interface to support invoice checking, approval, and workflow management.
PaletteMail is aimed at users who prefer to integrate their workflow with their email, collating all of users’ invoices in their email inbox for review, which can then be reviewed and approved within the PaletteMail client, with all processing handled within PaletteArena.
The new features in PaletteDashboard give users improved ‘snapshot’ access to key information on suppliers and the status of payments, with the option to drilldown into further detail if necessary. They also give users an immediate overview of the top 10 suppliers, current supplier or partner finance and shows them how many invoices are outstanding or overdue.
