Panattoni presents organization to make the company a leading player in Sweden

Panattoni, Europe's largest developer of logistics and industrial properties, entered the Swedish market in December 2021 with the aim of becoming one of the leading players in terms of square meters developed in Sweden. The demand for a multinational cooperation partner is high and Panattoni now presents the organization that will be responsible for the implementation.

Since entering Sweden last year, Panattoni has steadily been picking up speed. Already within six months the largest land deal ever made in the industry in Sweden was completed and offices have been established in strategic locations in the country. In connection with the entry, Fredrik Jagersjö Rosell was hired as Managing Director, Daniel Andersson as Head of Structured Finance and Operations, and Patrik Lööv-Wallin as business developer. Now the company has appointed the organization that will jointly implement its expansive plans.

The demand for modern warehouse capacity on the Swedish market is very high and we are convinced that we will be an attractive and competitive player," says Fredrik Jagersjö Rosell, Managing Director.

Since entering the Swedish market last year, in addition to a land acquisition of approximately SEK 3.1 billion, Panattoni have opened additional offices and rapidly established an organization of experienced employees with solid competence.

The following people will be part of the Swedish team together with Fredrik Jagersjö Rosell, Daniel Andersson and Patrik Lööv-Wallin

  •  Joakim Nimmerfors, Technical Development Director. Former project manager at Logistic Contractor with clients such as Mathem, among others.
     
  •  Robert Ramsell, Technical Development Director. Previously at Lidl and ICA with extensive experience of working with international organizations and the refrigeration and freezer segment.
     
  •  Andreas Gibrand, Technical Development Director. Formerly from IKEA and has worked globally in Europe and Asia. Andreas adds knowledge from the industrial part as he was responsible for the construction of several factories within the group.
     
  •  Ziadoon Al Zubaidi, Technical Director. Comes from a background in municipal properties and hospitals. Consultant from WAADE previously at Västfastigheter and Tyréns with assignments including Skövde Municipality and the Local Administration of the City of Gothenburg.
     
  •  Charlotta Sahlin, Marketing & Communications Manager. Brand specialist with experience from the automotive, FMCG, sustainability and property industries.
     
  •  Åsa Augustsson, Office Manager. Former office coordinator at Wästbygg who through her outstanding service skills will be an important part in the development of Panattoni in Sweden.
     
  •  Anders Thor Boutelje, Development Director. Former real estate advisor at Colliers focusing on tenant counseling and adding great knowledge from the recipient side and the municipalities in the Stockholm area.
