Panattoni, a major developer of modern logistics properties in Europe, has successfully established itself in Sweden and Denmark with multiple projects over the past year. To further strengthen the offering to investors in the growing Nordic logistics market, Christoffer Danielsson has been appointed Capital Markets Director.

Panattoni has been active in the European market for 18 years, specializing in developing logistics and industrial properties. As the largest developer in Europe, Panattoni has built over 20 million square meters and invested 7 billion euros annually. Investors can take advantage of the company's funding model to invest in modern, sustainable logistics buildings that are in high demand and have strong long-term potential.

Panattoni has announced that Christoffer Danielsson will lead their Capital Markets division in the Nordic market. He will collaborate closely with the company's European network to facilitate cross-border investments.

– The Nordic Capital Markets Director position is essential in expanding Panattoni's investor network, providing more flexible business options, and strengthening our position. With Christoffer's international background, experience, and network, I am confident he will create significant value and make us an even more attractive partner in the logistics and industrial property investment market, says Fredrik Jagersjö Rosell, CEO of Panattoni Nordic.

Christoffer Danielsson previously worked at Arctic Securities, a Norwegian investment bank, overseeing investments in Green Tech and real estate companies. His wide-ranging network of contacts will be instrumental in forming partnerships with new investors for Panattoni's real estate projects in the Nordic region.

– I look forward to taking on the responsibility of Capital Markets Director for one of the largest logistics property developers in the world. Panattoni has a proven track record in creating top-notch logistics properties, and the market demand for such properties remains strong, says Christoffer Danielsson.

Panattoni offers a flexible capital market investment opportunity that can be adapted to suit the needs of a diverse group of investors. This includes global pension funds, insurance companies, private equity firms interested in investing in the Nordic region, and Nordic investors looking to invest in Panattoni's projects throughout Europe.

Christoffer Danielsson will take up his position at Panattoni in June.
