PRESS RELEASE November 16, 2011

Pandox initiates collaboration with Mt. Kenya Sports Group
- starts the project Pandox Youth Handball Movement

Pandox has, in close collaboration with the Kenyan handball club Mt. Kenya Sports Group (MSG), decided to launch the project Pandox Youth Handball Movement. The project is part of Pandox CSR work and aims at creating better prospects for children and adolescents in the town of Nyeri.

Currently, MSG trains 400 children and adolescents aged 4-18 years in the town of Nyeri, north-east of Nairobi. The operations which consist primarily of handball games and play are well organized, but risk shutting down due to lack of financial resources. Pandox sees an opportunity to contribute by ensuring the club's existence financially and, through its network in the world of handball, create conditions for further development. This will be achieved by educating the trainers, securing club facilities and providing necessary equipment. The overall objective is that this collaboration will provide young people with meaningful recreation, educational support, information and advice i.e. on health issues, as well as opportunities to implement other social projects in the town of Nyeri.

The Pandox Youth Handball Movement will initially run for a three year period. The goal is that the project will be able to stand on its own beyond this period. The project will be operated in cooperation with Partille Cup, the world's largest youth handball tournament.

- We believe that sports with its team spirit and role models can be used to get in contact with children and young people in need of help and support. Handball has been a natural choice, considering we already have knowledge and a network within the sport, says Anders Nissen, CEO of Pandox.

Pandox will, through the website www.pandox.se and MSG's website www.msgkenya.com, provide information updates on the project's development.
