    Pandox enters into an agreement to acquire Radisson Blu Hotel Tromsø

    Pandox AB (publ) has entered into an agreement to acquire Radisson Blu Hotel Tromsø in Norway. The hotel has 269 rooms with a strong central location in the city. The hotel is leased to Radisson Blu under a revenue-based lease agreement with a minimum guaranteed level and is performing well. The total transaction value amounts to approximately MNOK 750 and is financed by available cash funds and a new bank loan.     Pandox AB (publ) has signed a lease agreement with the Norwegian operator Citybox Hotels for the current NH Brussels Louise, which Pandox acquired earlier in 2022.     Pandox AB (publ) has acquired and gained access to a hotel property including hotel operations in central Bath, Great Britain.     Ruling has been announced in previously communicated dispute with the Swedish Tax Agency regarding Pandox’s internal pricing

    The Administrative Court in Stockholm has today announced its ruling and have supported Pandox AB (publ) claim in the company’s dispute with the Swedish Tax Agency. The ruling eliminates the tax increase decided by Swedish Tax Authority’s in 2019.During the process Pandox has been granted a tax payment extension due to the uncertainty of the outcome of the case.     Pandox takes over operations its hotel property in Nuremberg and makes extensive investment

    Due to the expiration of the lease agreement, Pandox AB (publ) has per 31 August 2021 taken over the operations of Maritim Hotel Nürnberg in central Nuremberg, Germany, in a hotel property already owned by Pandox.
