Approved prospectus for Panoro Energy ASA

Panoro Energy ASA ("PEN", OSE ticker code). Reference is made to the press release dated June 29, 2010 regarding completion of merger with Pan Petroleum. 

The Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway has today approved the prospectus in connection with listing of 95,638,921 shares in Panoro Energy ASA on Oslo Stock Exchange. These shares have since the merger with Pan Petroleum been listed under a different ISIN, but will after the approval of prospectus be transferred to ISIN NO0010564701, thus all outstanding shares in the Company (163,947,081) are listed on the same ISIN. 

The prospectus will be made publicly available on the Company's and Managers’ webpages.
