In connection with the Annual General Meeting of Panoro Energy ASA (“PEN” ticker code OSE) to be held on June 20, 2013, Bjørn Kristian Stadheim has as of June 11 received proxy to vote for 24,059,736 shares, representing 10.26% of the outstanding shares and voting rights in the Company. In addition, Bjørn Kristian Stadheim controls 2,280,000 via his company BKS Capital AS, which represent additional 0.97% of the outstanding shares and voting rights in the Company. In total, Bjørn Kristian Stadheim’s votes represents 11.23% of the outstanding shares and voting rights in the Company in the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
