Reference is made to the notice of annual general meeting in Panoro Energy ASA ("PEN") published on www.newsweb.no and www.panoroenergy.com 30 May 2013.

Due an error in the attendance slip and proxy form attached to the notice as appendix 1, a rectified version of the attendance slip and proxy form is hereby issued. The correct version of appendix 1 is marked as "corrected version". No other changes are made, neither to the notice not otherwise.

Shareholders are kindly asked to ensure that they use the enclosed rectified version when submitting their attendance slip and proxy form.

Riktig versjon av vedlegg 1 er markert som "beriktiget versjon". Ingen andre endringer er foretatt, verken i innkallingen eller for øvrig.
