  • Kjetil Solbrække, CEO has bought 50,000 shares. In the USD 65 million equity issue communicated in March 2010, Kjetil Solbrække subscribed for 139,323 shares. Following this, Kjetil Solbrække controls 191,823 shares in Panoro Energy ASA.
  • Anders Kapstad, CFO has bought 20,000 shares. Following this transaction, Anders Kapstad controls 60,850 shares in Panoro Energy ASA.
  • Carl Peter Berg, VP Brazil has bought 20,000 shares. Following this transaction, Carl Peter Berg controls 57,750 shares in Panoro Energy ASA.
  • Jonas Gamre, Investor Relations has bought 10,000 shares. Following this transaction, Jonas Gamre controls 12,500 shares in Panoro Energy ASA.
