Panoro Energy – Publication of 2022 Sustainability Report
Oslo, 27 April 2023 – Panoro Energy ASA (“Panoro” or the “Company” with OSE ticker: PEN) has today published its inaugural Sustainability Report for the year 2022. The report outlines Panoro’s sustainability strategy, performance and progress towards achieving its goals.
John Hamilton, CEO of Panoro, commented:
“In 2022 we formalised our approach to managing sustainability matters to align with good industry practice and meet the expectations of our stakeholders. As part of this the Board constituted a new Sustainability Committee which oversees Panoro’s conduct, performance and sustainability reporting. It also serves to integrate the broad spectrum of sustainability considerations into our growth strategy and key business decisions. A key output of this process is our inaugural Sustainability Report which we have published in parallel with our 2022 Annual Report and Accounts. The report provides a baseline of data against which we will measure our performance each year as we continue to prioritise meeting our sustainability commitments.”
The report is attached as a PDF file which is also available on the Company's website www.panoroenergy.com.
