Oslo, 26 May 2021 - Reference is made to the extraordinary general meeting held 3 March 2021. The 307,578 shares resolved and issued to Trafigura Ventures V B.V. have now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. Following the registration, the share capital of Panoro Energy ASA is NOK 5,655,314.40 divided into 113,106,288 shares, each having a face value of NOK 0.05.
