Paradigm Capital Value Fund (Sicav) once again holds less than 30 per cent of the shares and votes in Jetpak

As announced on 22 January 2024, Paradigm Capital Value Fund (Sicav) B129149 RCS Luxembourg (“Paradigm Capital”) has acquired 734,444 shares in Jetpak Top Holding AB (publ), reg. no. 559081-5337, (“Jetpak”). Through the acquisition, Paradigm Capital attained a direct and indirect (through the wholly-owned subsidiary Paradeigma Partners AB, reg.no. 559122-5668) holding exceeding 30 per cent of the shares and votes in Jetpak. Paradeigma Partners AB has today divested 585,000 shares, entailing that Paradigm Capital’s direct and indirect holding in Jetpak once again falls below 30 per cent of the shares and votes in Jetpak. The obligation to launch a mandatory takeover offer has thus expired.
Pursuant to an agreement, Paradeigma Partners AB and Paradigm Capital have a right to repurchase 527,042 of the sold shares. The repurchase option is conditional upon obtaining authority approval.
