Paradox Interactive AB enables the shareholders to use digital postal voting ahead of the Annual General Meeting 2020
Paradox has decided that shareholders are able to exercise their voting rights for the 2020 Annual General Meeting through digital postal voting. Paradox urges shareholders to use this option in order to minimize the number of people who will physically attend the meeting, thereby helping to reduce the risk of spreading the Coronavirus (Covid-19).
Shareholders can, through May 11, 2020, exercise the option to digital postal voting via this link https://esign.simplesign.io/online/289911/Poströsta. Shareholders who exercise their voting rights through digital postal voting do not need to register specifically for the annual general meeting.
