The publication further cements their overall target of 90% completion rates which currently stands at 85.7% against the national
average of 73.9%. Parenta’s timely completion rates of 88.9% at Q3 are also considerably higher than the national average of 62.2%.
The data is based on the apprenticeship frameworks and provides national and regional statistics on how many learners have successfully completed the Intermediate and Advanced Apprenticeship qualifications in childcare within the set timeframe.
Apprenticeships have become a nationally sought-after qualification, particular among young people. Apprentices often possess valuable work-related skills on completion of their qualification and discover better career prospects available to them.
