Pareto Law set up new office in New York

London, UK. - Pareto Law, the UK’s largest sales development company, have recently announced the opening of a new office in America, as they seek to penetrate the US market.

Pareto Law’s 20th anniversary year as the UK leader in graduate sales recruitment, development and training coincides with the announcement of their first-ever international office in New York.

The opening of the New York office follows Pareto’s string of successful US recruitment and training campaigns over the last three years. This includes a long-term recruitment drive for international software colossus MicroFocus, who have taken on forty graduates through Pareto and will work across various offices in, but not limited to, Michigan, Seattle, California.

Pareto Law’s CEO Johnathan Fitchew said: “After 20 years of business, it is an accurate illustration of our proven ability and flexibility that we’re now crossing the Atlantic to drive growth within a new and exciting market.

Pareto Law started with a simple precept – to bring that top 20% of sales talent to business organisations. Since we started, we have evolved and expanded rapidly; not only is our model unique, but it is proven to deliver results.”

Operating from the new base in New York, the team will source the best graduate sales talent, in addition to running regular assessment days. A competency-based approach will be undertaken to identify the top 20% to be placed within entry-level sales roles in the USA.

Pareto will also deliver their modular sales training programme; this will build on the rapid growth of the training division, which has also seen tremendous international expansion over the past year.

2014 also saw Pareto Law expand their foreign operations elsewhere. Last year they saw success in challenges in Florida, New York and Singapore, achieving a total of fifty-two placements against a tight specification which included bilingual academics and bright graduates with an interest in finance. All of these successes were managed from the UK.

Richard Griffin, Pareto’s Senior Business Development Manager, will spearhead the US initiative. He said: “Whilst it’s certainly exciting that we’ll be establishing a physical presence in the States, it’s not new territory by any means.

“Throughout last year, our UK teams made the move to the US and overcame significant language, cultural and time barriers to deliver on some large bespoke projects. This is something that they can be proud of.
