Pareto Securities AB has advised BidCo af 28.04.2017 A/S (“SSG BidCo” or the “Issuer”), ultimately owned by the Nordic private equity firm Polaris, on its successful placement of a 5-year initial EUR 50 million senior secured bond (the “Bonds”). The Bonds, maturing in 2024, will carry a floating rate coupon of 3 month EURIBOR + 6.00 per cent, with interest paid quarterly. The Bonds will be governed by Swedish law and the Issuer has undertaken to list the Bonds on a regulated market.

The proceeds from the bond issue will be applied towards the acquisition of SSG Partners A/S (“SSG”) from the Danish investment firm BWB Partners, and for refinancing existing debt. SSG is a leading Nordic provider of damage control and adjacent services with 900 employees and a strong presence across Denmark, Norway and Sweden.

The bond was very well received by the market, with primarily Nordic institutional accounts participating in the highly oversubscribed bond issue, which was closed on the same date as it was launched into the market.
