Sale of 2,635,000 existing shares in Novotek AB completed

Arvid Svensson Invest AB, (the “Selling Shareholder”) has sold 2,635,000 existing shares in Novotek AB (“Novotek” or the “Company”), corresponding to approximately 24.9 percent of the shares outstanding in the Company (the “Placing”).

The price in the Placing was SEK 45.00 per share, corresponding to the closing price on 20 December 2023 and amounted to approx. SEK 119 million. Following the Placing, the Selling Shareholder owns no more shares in the Company.

A limited number of investors, including Creades AB (publ) via endowment insurance, Grenspecialisten Förvaltning, John Löfström, Kerstin Lindell, NEA Partners Public Value and SIBA Invest AB acquired the shares in the Placing.

Pareto Securities acted as Sole Manager and Bookrunner in connection with the Placing.
