Parents in the St. Austell area can find some respite during the school half term break at a new kids club being run by The Kids Academy, the Ofsted-approved childcare facility based at the Cornish Market World site. Open between the 26th and 30th of October, the kids’ holiday club will operate between 8am and 6pm and accommodate children aged up to 12 years old. Wayne Wedgbury, managing director, said: “I know that working parents can often have problems juggling their responsibilities for childcare with their jobs, during school holidays.” “We have laid-on a whole host of sports, arts and crafts so that the kids will be kept busy. There’s even a Wii room with large screen televisions and video games and access into the Kidzworld play area. “Parents can choose whether they want a full or half day’s care to fit in with their specific needs and there’s plenty of free parking spaces outside our door.” Wayne continued: “Places are being booked up fast, so we would urge anyone interested to contact us as soon as possible to make sure that their children can come along the club.” More information can be found on The Kids Academy website www.thekidsacademy.co.uk or by contacting them directly on telephone on 01726 814 007 or email staustell@thekidsacademy.co.uk ENDS Notes for News Desk: Town and Country Markets Town and Country Markets is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Wellington Market Company Plc, a company whose history can be traced back to its beginnings in 1244 when it was established by a Royal Charter.
