Spitalfields, London, UK – On the 8th of September, 2010, Old Spitalfields Market, near Liverpool Street station, will be hosting a Real Ale Market offering a collection of real ales from the region’s leading brewers such as Fullers and Sambrooks. The event is running alongside the regularly held Wednesday Market and gives visitors the chance to explore the many delights of Old Spitalfields, whilst sampling a range of real ales. The brewers will offer customers an insight into the brewing process, ingredients and what foods are best matched with the different beers. The London Ale Taster, Steve Williams, will be also in attendance, bringing his extensive knowledge of all things beer. Visitors will have the unique opportunity to meet and talk to him about local pubs and bars, and about the variety of real ales available in the City, as well as any other beer-related interests that they may have. Steve has recently embarked on his epic 300 pub journey around London and is writing a blog about what he finds along the way. His blog offers a glimpse into the best and worst pubs in London, as he searches for the finest ales available. He is more than happy to hear from fellow beer lovers from all over the world and invites people to share their experiences of visiting pubs around London via his blog, which can be found at www.londonaletaster.co.uk. Old Spitalfields Market is open from 10am until 5pm and is a short walk from Liverpool Street Station and Aldgate East Tube – please visit www.oldspitalfieldsmarket.com for further information. ENDS
