Special Lamb Street Market Returns to Spitalfields
Spitalfields, London, UK – With Origin: The London Craft Fair, being hosted for the second year running at Old Spitalfields Market next month, the market’s operator has announced the return of a special street market taking place in Lamb Street.
This special market is being jointly hosted by Wellington Market Company, Spitalfields Traders Market and Ballymore, the companies responsible for the two neighbouring stall markets.
Just off Commercial Road and a short walk from Liverpool Street Station, the Lamb Street markets will feature a vast collection of stalls and an eclectic mix of goods that will appeal to a wide-range of tastes:
Antiques and Collectors Market.
For lovers of antiques and collectables, the ever-popular Thursday Antiques market will be hosted in the Lamb Street location on Thursday 22nd and 29th September
General and Fashion Market
Friday’s fashion-filled general market will be held at its temporary Lamb Street home on Friday 23rd and 30th September.
Sunday Market
The now-famous Sunday market will be held at the Lamb Street location on Sunday 25th September and will extend onto Bishops Square.
Throughout all of these dates, the Spitalfields Traders Market in Crispin Place will be open as normal.
Origin 2011
Taking place between 22nd and 28th September, Origin: The London Craft Fair, will be occupying the main indoor market hall within Old Spitalfields Market.
