Partnera transitions to IFRS reporting

On 18 December 2024, Partnera Corporation has taken the decision to transition to IFRS-compliant reporting in its financial reporting. The transition to IFRS reporting will take place during the financial year 2025.

The company has prepared its financial statements and half-yearly financial statements in accordance with Finnish Accounting Standards (FAS). The financial statements for 2024 will be prepared in accordance with FAS.

Partnera believes that the transition to IFRS reporting will increase the transparency and comparability of financial figures.

In addition, Partnera believes that the transition to IFRS reporting will support the company's growth strategy and increase the interest of international investors in the company. Partnera's objective is to develop Foamit Group by investing strongly in foam glass production in Finland, Sweden and Norway, to grow internationally and to reach a revenue of EUR 100 million and an EBITDA level of over 20% by the end of 2028.
