Bulletin from PartnerTech AB (publ) Annual General Meeting, March 27, 2001 - Dividend doubled - Foundation laid for continued growth In accordance the board's proposal, the PartnerTech AB (publ) Annual General Meeting has raised the company's dividend to SEK 1.50 per share (0.75). Based on the March 23 issue of new shares in connection with the acquisition of EQ Elektroniq, the total distribution will be SEK 12,312,621. The record day for the right to receive the dividend will be March 30, 2001 and payment will be made on April 4, 2001. In the CEO's address, Mikael Jonson informed the meeting that the IT/mechatronics and medical equipment market segments began the year on a strong note, while telecom infrastructure performed more poorly, as expected. He stressed that PartnerTech is laying the foundation this year for accelerated global expansion. Per Wejke, who stepped down after four years as chairman of the board, was succeeded by Gunnar Ekdahl. Hans Ahlinder, Andrejs Cakste, Mikael Jonson, Sonny Lindqvist and Patrik Tigerschiöld were reelected as members of the board. The meeting authorized the board to reach a decision on an issue of new shares in order to provide the company with additional capital or to enable acquisitions. The authorization is limited to a maximum of 750,000 shares with a par value of SEK 5 each. In order to encourage even greater commitment to the Company, the board has approved the proposed stock-option program. The three-year program will carry a redemption price of SEK 165.20. If fully subscribed, the program will comprise 205,000 options. The members of the board and CEO were discharged from liability with respect to 2000.
