Bulletin from PartnerTech AB (publ) Annual General Meeting on April 24, 2008

President and CEO Rune Glavare told the meeting that PartnerTech had experienced weak growth in 2007. Sales and earnings declined as the result of lower volumes from some larger customers. A major action program was launched in December 2007 to improve profitability and customer service. The purpose was to adapt the organization to current volumes, as well as to streamline and consolidate in order to increase synergies following the rapid expansion of recent years. Mr. Glavare also reported on the company's performance in the first quarter. Despite the negative sales trends, the company has a strong market position due to its broad service offering and solid production expertise. Based on the measures that have been taken and an ongoing focus on customer value, PartnerTech will strengthen its position as a leading European contract manufacturer in the business-to-business segment.

Among the resolutions passed by the meeting were:
• All of the company's unappropriated profits of SEK 67,040,168 are to be carried over to the 2008 accounts, as the result of which no
dividend will be payable for the 2007 fiscal year (SEK 3/share in 2006).

• The Board fee was set at SEK 320,000 for the Chairman and SEK 160,000 for other members who are not employees of the company.

• Rune Glavare, Patrik Tigerschiöld and Lennart Evrell were reelected as Board members. Thomas Thuresson, Henrik Lange and Tomas
Bergström were elected as new Board members. Mr. Tigerschiöld was reelected as Chairman of the Board.

• Whether with or without departure from the preferential rights of shareholders, the meeting authorized the Board to reach decisions
concerning one or more issues prior to the next annual general meeting totaling no more than 1,266,490 new shares and increasing share
capital by no more than SEK 6,332,450, representing dilution of just under 10% of total share capital and votes.
