Information from the Annual General Meeting of PartnerTech AB (publ), March 23, 2000 * Dividend close to double * Outlook remains bright The annual general meeting of PartnerTech AB (publ) voted in favor of the Board of Directors' proposal to distribute a dividend of SEK 0.75 per share (0.40). The record date for the dividend will be March 28, 2000, and the dividend will be paid on April 4, 2000. In his speech at the AGM, PartnerTech CEO Mikael Jonson told shareholders that the outlook for the company remains bright. The meeting reelected Per Wejke, Andrejs Cakste, Sonny Lindqvist, Hans Ahlinder, and Mikael Jonson to the Board. Sverker Littorin declined to stand for reelection, and Patrik Tigerschiöld was elected to the Board for the first time. The Board was authorized to approve the issue of new shares to raise capital for the company or to use for acquisitions. The authorization was limited to 750,000 shares with a par value of SEK 5.00. The articles of incorporation were changed as per the Board's proposal. Accordingly, the company's registered office was moved from Åtvidaberg to Malmö (section 2), the purpose of the business was modified so that the company can run its operations itself or through subsidiaries (section 3), and the annual general meeting can be held in Malmö, Åtvidaberg, or Stockholm (section 10). The Board of Directors and CEO were discharged from liability for fiscal 1999.
