Issue of new shares in conjunction with the acquisition of KSH-Productor

In connnection with the acquisition of KHS-Productor Oy, the board of directors of PartnerTech AB has decided to issue 407,811 new shares. The decision is based on the authorization granted by the Annual General Meeting and corresponds to a dilution of approximately 3.6 percent. The right to subscribe for the shares shall belong to Seppo Kukkoaho, Pekka Soimes and Bio Fund Management Oy Ltd.
