Opens new Design & Engineering Center in Järfälla PartnerTech opened its new Design & Engineering center in Järfälla today. The center will be a strategic development unit, primarily for telecommunications. It will provide PartnerTech's customers with easier access to service for development and prototype design. According to PartnerTech President Mikael Jonson, "Our goal is for each center to possess advanced resources for development and prototype design. This is to enable to quickly construct a prototype for testing and reduce time before mass production begins. Since the presence of our customers in the development process is important in a number of ways, it is vital that we are located near them geographically as well. We have a total of more than 50 employees working intensively on development in the areas of electronics, mechanics, verification and testing systems. In addition, there are many engineers involved in our production processes, industrialization projects and their application to new manufacturing assignments."
