PartnerTech acquires prototype maker in telecommunications PartnerTech will purchase all equity in Temo Finmekaniska Verkstad AB. The company has annual sales of SEK 60 million and employs more than 30 people. The acquisition strengthens PartnerTech primarily in prototype manufacture and as a development partner. The deal will immediately increase- to a significant degree- PartnerTech's annual earnings per share. Temo Finmekaniska AB is a contract manufacturer of prototypes for specialized processing. The majority of its business is oriented towards high-speed processing for the telecommunications market. The company's operations are located in Järfälla, outside Stockholm. "This acquisition gives us additional know-how and capacity as a prototype manufacturer and as a development partner for our customers," says PartnerTech CEO Mikael Jonson. "PartnerTech is a good fit for us. This arrangement will enable us to undertake much of the mass production of products that we make prototypes for today," says Kjell Tengmo, CEO of Temo Finmekaniska Verkstad.
