PartnerTech no longer intends to acquire Artema's Danish production unit as stated in the companies' letter of intent. PartnerTech and Artema have decided not to execute the letter of intent signed by both companies on September 22, 1999. The letter stated PartnerTech's intention to acquire Artema's Danish production company Troniqa. PartnerTech AB (publ) develops and manufactures electronic products under contract to leading growth companies, primarily in the fields of telecommunication, information technology, and medical technology.
