PartnerTech to receive part of pension surplus

PartnerTech to receive part of pension surplus The insurance company SPP has notified PartnerTech that roughly SEK 25 million has been reserved, under certain specified conditions, on behalf of the PartnerTech Group to apply to pensions. The amount is part of SPP's surplus on funds invested by PartnerTech for employee pensions in recent years. The date and conditions of transfer to PartnerTech have not been determined. The amount also includes recently acquired companies. PartnerTech AB (public listed) develops and manufactures electronic products under contract to leading growth companies, primarily in the fields of telecommunication, information technology, and medical engineering.
